Damaged or Misprinted Items: If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We're committed to making it right. To initiate a return or request a replacement, please follow these steps:

    • A photo clearly showing the damage or misprint
  2. Assessment and Resolution: Once we receive your request, our team will review the provided information. We may ask for additional details to assist in our assessment. If the item is deemed damaged or misprinted, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Replacement: We will initiate a reprint and send you a new item at no additional cost.
    • Refund: If a replacement isn't feasible, we will process a refund for the affected item.

Items No Longer Wanted: Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for items that are simply no longer wanted. Since each item is custom-made to order, we kindly ask our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase.
